Alecco Bakery operates on the family-run Holly Hill Farm on the South Shore of Massachusetts. Greek and Belgium favorites influence Alecco’s offerings which are made with organic, locally-sourced ingredients. Everything we bake expresses our passion for delicious food created through artisanal methods and organic ingredients.

Baked fresh daily, Alecco’s offers three staple products—Liege waffles dotted with caramelized pearl sugar, sweet bread (or Greek “Tsoureki”) balanced with spicy mahlepi and mastika imported from Chios, and a country loaf with aromatic rye flour grown and milled in Maine.

About the baker

Alec’s devotion to Liege Waffles began at a waffle shack at Killington mountain during a high school ski trip. After months of research and testing, he perfected his own version and developed a love for baking along the way which led him to culinary school. Following his training in both culinary school and several bakeries, Alec began selling his products to local businesses in the South Shore of Massachusetts.
