Alecco Bakery is a micro-bakery in the greater Portland, Maine region. We use locally sourced grains and slow-rise methods to craft delicious breads and pastries.

Our Country Levain with cranberries and walnuts - slightly sweeter and crunchier.

Our Country Levain mixed with poppy, pepita sesame and oats.
Cohasset sourdough is traditional European sourdough bread made with locally sourced rye flour from Maine grains.
Farmhouse White with Cardamom
Similar to a brioche and lightly spiced with cardamom.
Cinnamon Swirl Loaf
Makes the best french toast.
